Refund Policy

Refunds:  

Requests for refunds can be sent to support@purelyorganiccosmetics.freshdesk.com. All refund requests are reviewed for approval and will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used during your purchase, or in the form of store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment source than the one used during purchase. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your exchange or refund request within 48 hours.

Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days following approval. 

Unfortunately, we can not give refunds for used or altered items. It should be noted that we cannot refund shipping fees except in cases of shipping errors.

Our restocking fee is $5.00 per item and will be applied to all returns.

Returns:

A restocking fee of $5.00 per item is applied for all returned packages, except returns due to defective or incorrect merchandise at the fault of the supplier. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and providing a tracking number. 

Purelyorganiccosmetics will processes your return within 48 hours upon receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for used or altered items, or for items that are marked Final Sale.

-Your package must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.

-It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Purelyorganiccosmetics with tracking confirmation for your return postage. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed without tracking confirmation.

Exchanges:

-You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from Purelyorganiccosmetics.

-All items can be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value for free.

-If you received the wrong item, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. 

Trial Use Offer and Subscription

To help you get started, we offer our customers not only a 14 day trial use of Purelyorganiccosmetics subscriptions, but also an automatic enrollment in our Company's monthly home delivery program ("Subscription"). We want you to try the Product to determine if it is right for you. When you submit your order, you will receive the Product, subject to a 14 day trial use period, together with a Subscription. You agree to pay the non-refundable discounted Shipping & Handling cost of $4.95 for a trial of the Product, which will contain a 30 day supply.

If for any reason you do not find that the Product is right for you, you may call our Customer Service center at 1 855 412 3133 to process a written cancellation, or simply send an email with the written subject heading "Cancellation", to support@purelyorganiccosmetics.freshdesk.com. If you cancel your Subscription before the end of the 14-day trial use period, you will receive an RMA # by email to return the product within 30 days from the date the was RMA issued. If we received the product within 30 days we will not charge the full price for the Product. Your 14-day trial use period begins from the order date.

If you do not cancel, in writing, before the end of the 14-day trial use period, you will be charged the full retail purchase price for the Product received to your credit/debit card on file and you will be automatically enrolled for a Subscription.

 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

1. The item(s) have been altered or used

2. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier

3. The item(s) do not have the original packaging

4. The item(s) were a Final Sale item

 

Please follow these instructions when completing a return:

1. Pack the unused items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without it.

2. Please write in detail which items you want exchanged, if applicable.

3. Contact us at support@purelyorganiccosmetics.freshdesk.com for a return mailing address.

4. For faster processing, please include your full name and order number displayed clearly on or in your package. 

5. You must include tracking information for all return orders. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed without this information.
